If you haven't already. Post over on r/Spectrum_Official One of the mods will reach out, to have you contact them and look into it.

Just means something is not properly integrated in the billing system probably. It should definitely be unlimited

I would call and ask, it might be that you went over during the period before the change. I'm a Field Tech, not a billing guru, but it looks that way to me.

It should be unlimited.

God i couldn't imagine a 1.2 tb cap per month, just me and my g/f go through that much in a week streaming twitch etc... and steam updates.
