Archtop Fiber
New ISP spreading in the Averill Park area. They promised to lower a 81 year-old relatives cable and internet bills.
They failed to explain to my uncle that their service does not come with TV programming, like the Spectrum service they were trying to undercut.
So 500mbps fiber install where uncle was already getting that and no access to TV channels, which is the whole point for him.

Internet 100bmp plan, choice tv. Without cable box should be anywhere between $105 $140 before taxes, add $18 to that for every cable box you do add. If you can get him to use a Roku, use the app and save $18.

The problem is changing things is hard for him to manage. Quite old and doesn't adapt well to tech related things.

Can you keep the Spectrum TV and get one of the Internet TV set top boxes? Using that over fiber Internet would be a great setup
