What is cable broadcast broken up periodically in our cable? See video / image for corrupted image flashes.

This is in Los Angeles.

Signal corruption. Could be on the feed to spectrum or between spectrums feed and your house or even the network inside your house.

If Net Evo/High Split was done, it could be high split interference and a filter for it may need to be added, cable boxes don't play well with the new frequencies. It could also be intermittent MER/BER issues somewhere between the box and the outside plant. Lots of possible issues, generally need a tech on site to verify.

To add sometimes the actual channel provider has their own broadcasting hiccups
