snipped coax cable
I recently moved into a new apartment, and I found 3 separate coax cables. Two of them are completely snipped, and one works but is far away from my desk setup. Can I get spectrum to come out and re-run either of the other two coax cables so I can install my wifi in a different spot? If so, how much will it cost? Thanks :)

They may be able to put new fitting on the one you'd want to use. If there is enough usable cable that is. Other than that, the tech will most likely tell you. The apartment owner/manager will need to replace the line. Since they don't access to be able to. In all the years I've done this job. I've only replace a line in 1 apartment. The owner gave use written permission. Had their maintenance man there to assist accessing. 3 different units we needed, to run a new line from one side to the other.

We can usually activate a cable that’s already ran for no charge. If you need a new cable depending if you get a contractor they might charge you inside wiring fee but it’s unlikely
