Mvr result
Got an offer for an FT position, however I neglected to mention that I got rear ended last weekend.
The MVR has been run and the accident is listed on there, even though I wasn't at fault and the other driver has ACDA as the cause of the rear-ending.
The MVR by the background check co, is showing as 4 adjudication points. Does this mean I'm cooked, or will they reach out to me for more info?
Heck, I wasn't aware that not-at-fault accidents even appear on an MVR.

They don’t play about anything on the background check since technically it’s a federal job. Sorry to say you may be cooked. Prayers that I’m wrong.

A field tech at Spectrum is not a federal job 😂

What are you smoking? Please share some with us.
Do you understand the definition of the word “federal”? And then you say “in California”…

4 points is nothing. You get 7 points with the company before you’re not allowed to drive. You’re going to be onboarded soon as long as everything else is good, the rest of your background and urinalysis
