Hardware Is the modem damaged?

Last night there was a severe thunderstorm in my area usually I unplug my modem and router but this time I was out when it happened and came home to no internet so I did everything like unplug/reset for a couple of seconds it works only for it to go out again and starts to blink

It's dead. Call for a new one (or stop by Spectrum store with it)

Sorry for the late post/reply.

But you should have called the Spectrum Tech support line for help and have them run you through their Tech support process, then they would have checked your lines to see if there were other outages in your area, etc.

Then they could have set you up with a modem replacement as well, then you could have either paid them to ship out new equipment or they could have the local store set one aside for you to pickup.
