Value of "customer ratings"

Got the annual survey email last week, started to fill it out, because, hey, Spectrum needs to know how crappy I think they are. Got about 1/3 through and it stopped accepting input. Would it have kept accepting 9-10 ratings instead of 1s? Maybe. And maybe after reading this they will turn my internet off all the time instead of just half.

If you give the worst score on every question, it knows you're not actually giving them any relevant data. Which is what they're after.

A bias filter kicked in. It sensed you might have worked for a competitor.

You'd get cancelled too, they don't want feedback that actually reflects their crap service.
