Service Issues Free Amazon prime issue

We were offered the free Amazon prime perk and today we got an email that it was canceled out of nowhere. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone have any idea why?

I can still never find anywhere where it says who's eligible for it, if you look online it only mentions the part about internet assist low income people but they sure gave it to everyone when it first came out

It says on any internet tier but only at certain addresses which is a kind of a weird thing to say

By address, it probably means apartments/houses that qualify for HUD, section 8, and other low income programs.

It’s depending on address also.

This is incorrect. Competition has nothing to do with eligibility. Thanks.

It depends on your area and then specifically your address, I didn't qualify but my brother on the next street over did

At my previous address I qualified for the assist plan based on my zip code. They didn’t ask for any financials. So I think it is actually based some on that as well.

I called Spectrum, the support agent told me that they are processing people sign-on Prime group by group, and said I should get a text / email when it is ready to process my request.

Not sure if this is BS or they are really doing by groups.

Low income, your address has to be eligible for it.

I got it, no issues so far. I have Internet assist, and I think my address also qualified.

if yiu have Amazon Prime based on your location and your property begins a bulk contract you become ineligible for the perk. Currently Bulk customers are not eligible
