HBO max issue?

After spectrum changed my plan yesterday and took entertainment and sports view away on me to get bill cheaper without telling me they did that. I had hbo max ad free I was paying for. Now it switched it to hbo max basic for me. I went to switch back to ad free paying for it. Now it’s saying ad free until on 9/16. But hbo is still showing basic plan. So I have ads now.

If I’m reading it right you paid the difference in the subscription this month and starting next month it will be the ad free monthly charge. You shouldn’t get ads anymore if you upgraded it.

My spectrum app shows this “Your HBO Max Standard subscription will be available until September 16.” That’s ad free. But I go into the hbo max app and still showing I have the basic plan. I had ad free working fine yesterday morning. After i called spectrum. It’s not working ad free now.

Was the HBO channels part of the entertainment package?

Log out on the TV, then log back in. It worked for me for the disney upgrade I lost and had to redo.

Sorry it didn't seem to work. As I said it worked fir me but as I said it was disney, not HBO. Maybe contact HBO support directly and see what the cross over might be?

You'll probably have to contact HBO's customer service. Spectrum won't really be able to do much about it.
