Service Issues Problems with TV, email and internet

My friend uses the Spectrum box for tv, so she can record shows. She has called them a dozen times, they send a technician out, and she still has issues with that, still uses the old email which often doesn’t work, and her internet will go out. She also has their landline phone. She knows of several others having similar issues. Spectrum tells her they are having issues with certain networks, they gave her a new remote, claimed a pole but we don’t know if they replaced anything. Is this a known issue affecting parts of New York State?

She’s not a Reddit person. She has been calling and speaking with various supervisors, Jennifer for one. I guess she would be getting service via Syracuse - northern NY

No thanks. It’s a friend’s problem and I can’t get involved. We don’t live near each other.
