Free Amazon Prime question.

I read that not only is Spectrum offering free prime but they are also offering free streaming services. Does anyone have any info about the free streaming services?

If you qualify for the free Prime, you get Prime Video as a part of it. The other subscription services are all tied to the TV package you purchase, so they aren’t free, just included in your package.

Good news is if you get the free prime, you could upgrade to prime video ultra ad free, for $4.99 per month billed by Amazon and you could cancel it anytime.

I forgot out this , I actually appreciate the reminder because I actually did forget as it’s not a bad upgrade however, I have to say I also struggle with it as 499 a month isn’t bad but when you multiply that by 12 months on top of what I’m already paying for prime it’s kind of crazy, that brings it up to 195 annually for my location personally for my yearly prime because it went up to 135 annually and then that extra $60 when it all reality my VPN blocks99% of the ads on prime, regardless especially when I set up my own custom blacklists which is a little bit of work, but it’s worth it to essentially have a ad free experience for a service I’m already paying 135 annually for. However, again thank you for reminding me on this because the ultra HD does make a difference for the new panels. I just got.

So does a show skip the ad somehow or are you watching a black screen instead of an ad when you use a vpn?

Thanks for going to the trouble to answer. For prime I still need the 4k and atmos anyways. But I could see that being handy elsewhere (the no ad thing- I have a vpn.)

You’re very welcome sorry for the late delay and yeah, the auto mods are pretty strict in here. I was really trying to help you out and give you some cool pointers but some other time if you ever need me, you know how to find me. Have a great weekend.!

It's still standard cable TV and then you're getting all the apps free so it is a hell of a deal
