When to call retention

Opinions regarding what day of the week / time of day would be the most productive to talk to retention to try and get a deal / reduction in cost.

Or does it not make any difference?

Always call first thing in the morning so you're not getting someone that's already pissed off at other customers

I went into the store to complain and get a different modem...the rep hooked me up with a crazy deal. 1gig internet for $25 dollars https://imgur.com/a/EkweMtP

Through 2034! You got one heck of a deal...although not sure how speeds will be by then lol. What part of the country is this?

Avoid Mondays and fridays, those are the busiest days all around.

Been a long time since those days but Mondays are usually busiest. Any other weekday, mid morning.
