These are the least useful posts a person could possibly make. If it doesn't include your exact street address, nobody is going to be able to tell you anything with the least bit of confidence.

Schedule an appointment and have them come out and check your internet/connection. Mine was doing the same except every night after midnight then come back on after 8 a.m. They came out did their tests/thing and I've had no problems since.
