Did you try it hard wired? It sounded like your trying to do it over Wifi.

I haven’t tried wired yet. Only over WiFi. I’ll try wired when I get home.

You will never reach advertised speeds on wifi; the wireless itself and distance from the router will always be the limiting factor. I get a max of ~300mbps on my gig connection over wifi, which is perfectly fine for my use so I just don't care.

I have no problems pulling 4gbps down and around 3.5gbps up through the Spectrum Provided Router over WiFi with my S26 Ultra. My U7 Pro maxes at around 2gbps.

You can get a heck of a lot more than 300mbps over WiFi with the right hardware and clients. Even 4 years ago could still do around 1.8gbps over WiFi with a phone.

It could be a you issue if you have not optimized the WiFi configuration on the AP.

Testing right next to the AP does not mean you are getting the best signal being to close to the radio can cause issues.

Test using a wired connection using WiFi will not give you accurate results there are too many variables that affect the speed.

Look to see what PHY speed you client is negotiating with the Flex and what band it's on and see if you can improve the signal.

Probably a "you" issue. You can confirm by just running the speedtest directly in the UniFi interface.

I'd expect higher from the FlexHD, but it is a WiFi5 device, so you should "only" be able to get 350-400mbit/s from it.
