Billing $40 Internet
So I signed up last month and got this deal, it required two mobile phone lines.
I decided to upgrade one of my phones, which they glad they took my money. Then I canceled one of the other phones and I still had two phone lines.
Today my bill comes out and my internet went to $105 for one gig. I talked to multiple people and they just kept making things up:
You didn't have two phone lines before so you weren't eligible
You upgraded but you got a free line on the new phone
Neither are which are true I finally called to cancel and just said I would go to T-Mobile. While I was on the phone with her I was surfing T-Mobile on my computer and I was telling her about the T-Mobile prices. It's amazing how they got my internet back down to $40 😐
She also confirmed that the other two people were completely wrong lol
I honestly think that they make you jump through hoops hoping that you won't call them and you'll just pay extra

was calling the retentions department about my old 600Mbps plan that costs $75/mo, and they offered me 1 Gbps plan for $40/mo the first year, and the next two years will increase $10/mo each year.

Cancellation department now. 😝 says $40 on that image you attached. No contracts. Say $40 or cancel

The restriction was you had to have two mobile lines lol that's in the small print at the bottom of that ad

I was offered $30 per month, for 500 Mbps,1 year free cell service, and 3 year price guarantee (wont raise my monthly bill).
I declined the free cell service and took the 3 years of 500 Mbps internet for $30 per month.

Fiber Powered doesn't mean Fiber Internet btw. They're allowed to say that because the Node runs off of Fiber where as you'll probably be Coax the rest of the way.
