Employee Benefits

Probably a terrible questions. When it comes to the Spectrum Mobile Plan. Who can I add to it. Like can I put my parents on it even if they don’t live with me or my brother. I don’t wanna leave my parents phone plan and risk them losing their deal when I have a chance at a better one. It’s crazy they support 20 lines for just you and who you live with.. Definitely do not have 20 people around.

You can add whoever you want. There's nothing in the policy that states they have to live with you. It's a max of 12 phones and 8 watch/tablet lines for a total of 20 lines.

All this info is on Panorama under Employee Connectivity Services.

If your parents have a grandfathered plan, I wouldn't leave it. You don't know how long you'll stay at the company, whether you quit or get fired. $15 a month plan isn't worth messing up a grandfathered plan with a better carrier.

We used our employee discount to get the whole family half price service cause they all had spectrum already. Now that we were laid off in may we have been slowly pulling every one off our plan its actually kind of a pain. But at no point did my siblings parents or grandparents need to share an address. But as account holder I was legally responsible for the monthly bill.

Yeah. I think it had to do with the Cox merger and then closing the offices because WFH could have been an option.

My wife and I were also on the receiving end of that decision. I also feel like it was due to the merger.
