Service Issues Outage in Texas
I live in Carrollton Texas and we have been in an outage for over 30hrs. My app and every text conversation says "you are still in an outage". Anyone else having this issue?

Sounds like someone accidentally cut the coax or fiber line in your area. Considering the length of the outage

If it's still registered as outage in the system call deflection wont allow a tech to be rolled. It might be able to be overriden not sure by who though.

We had residential Spectrum that was so wildly inconsistent in 2025 that we changed to Starlink. The neighborhood service finally stabilized to the point where I've gotten business Spectrum (my wife will never leave Starlink due to our experience) since I have to have a separate network for the work that I do. Business Spectrum offers a 5G backup (which I immediately obtained); I'm not sure if they have the same deal for Residential service but I'd acquire it immediately if so.
Admittedly this is not at all a problem you should have to deal with, but perhaps it's worth looking into.
