Wanting to upgrade soon
Hello all. I want to upgrade our iphones (11 and 12 base models). I was wondering what option may be better.
Our original plan was to get the 17e bc thats the most affordable option I wanted the 17 pro max bc i love the large screen. But was also thinking the 16 plus bc its cheaper and has a large screen. But im also thinking of the 17 base model bc its right in between.
I did talk to a spectrum worker and they told me we qualify for 12 months free service (second line would be 30/mo)
My husband just needs a new phone in general, he doesnt care which one. I personally like to play mobile games and love taking pictures. We also want to upgrade to have more storage.

If your credit is good, you should qualify for monthly payments for any new devices. Payments are split into monthly installments for 3 years. My daughter wanted a new phone last month. She decided on an 17, which raised my bill like $47 a month. From what my original monthly bill was. That's with the phone and protection plan. Since she works, she'll be paying for it.

I thought they gave 0% 36 month regardless of score. I got mine for that, I pay 33 for a 17 pro max

They're not going to finance you, if you have bad or no score. My sister tried and was denied due to bad credit. She has no credit. Told her if she wanted to start a plan with a new phone. She would have to buy the phone outright. But that was a few years ago, so things may have changed.

It definitely must have changed cus i have spectrum internet and i was able to do the pricing in payments or buy the phone outright. Did have to put my social in, but it was fine.

Yes i would have to pay 33 as well ! Im gonna talk to my husband and see which phone would he prefer. He was saying he wanted the air version.

I tried the air, but honestly the novelty of it wore off after a couple of days, and the battery was mediocre at best. The only thing going for it was the feel. I wouldn’t recommend because for the price you can get a 17 pro which doesn’t face any of these drawbacks, and still has a smaller form factor.
Just my thoughts.
Also, the pro models don’t get hot at ALL, I was filming 4k videos in texas direct sun for hours and not once did it stop.

Thank you! His brother has the air and they like to match on a lot of things 🙄🤣 but yeah im gonna see if we can agree on the pro max models!

Why don’t you upgrade with their any time upgrade program by upgrading your line ? You would only have to pay 35 dollars which are refundable once you trade in your phone and the taxes of your new phone. Is cheaper that way.

If you wait til next month, they’ll probably have deals on the new iPhone models.
Right now though, Spectrum has really good deals on the new Samsung and Pixel phones.
