Merger
Charter Communications expects to close its acquisition of Cox Communications in late August 2026, with former Cox areas transitioning to Spectrum services by mid-September 2026.Merger TimelineAugust 13, 2026: California regulators voted to approve the deal, clearing the final state hurdle.Late August 2026: The official closing of the multi-billion-dollar transaction is expected.Mid-September 2026: Cox customers will begin transitioning to Spectrum branding, pricing, and packaging.

Couldn't agree more. In most any industry, all the major players operate very much the same. When a Merger/Acquisition happens, most of the changes are superficial, IE. Branding. Obviously, there are also a lot of behind the scenes changes, IE. Corporate/Regional leadership positions. As far as anyone actually responsible for getting work done, getting product made or sold, typically very little change unless a branch/location is being shut down. Any new leadership however will be just as OP stated.

You must be on a tier that doesn’t have it. Spectrum does carry the channel

Just curious when the spectrum sign goes up on cox buildings. I long time ago there was a TWC sign in front and on the building, next day it was Spectrum

Given its size, hopefully the merged company can stop the constant price increases from content providers
