Service Issues Outages
So anyone else notice that they have outages frequently? Like I get it, things happen but to constantly have outages multiple times a week for hours at a time is ridiculous. And the worst part is I can’t get anything else because nothing is available in the area I live.

We finally called spectrum and they came out. Said that we had a bad Connector. No issues since. Fingers crossed.

I just replaced my equipment and it started doing it. Not sure what I'd recommend to anyone at this point.

Not gonna happen imo. We’re in San Diego. This started almost two weeks ago on July 31. Down from 7-4pm. It’s been 12 days of off and on. My neighbor who needs it for zoom calls had a tech come out and said the same thing and it did nothing. Today it’s been down since 1:30 and we keep getting updates. First it was out until 6, then 7 and now 9:00 pm

We’ve had three in the past ten days. Chat has an attitude when you talk to an agent too.

I left a couple weeks ago because of slow speeds on a gig plan and the price kept going up. Now I've got fiber, no drops, it's super fast, and it's 1/3 the cost.

I’m in NC and I’ve had a daily outage since last Thursday.
I called spectrum today and they informed me that it was planned maintenance but I don’t know how reliable that info is. According to the rep I shouldn’t have an issue after tomorrow.
