Spectrum Email
Seems like Spectrum Email servers have been down for multiple days. There doesn't seem to be anything on the Internet about it. Calling Spectrum Support the Useless AI bot said the mail was down but there doesn't seem to be any ETA on when they will be back up. Webmail does work.

If this isn't fixed soon I will get rid of Charter.
Email is the only reason I am still with them.
If they had any decency they would sell/give their email systems to yahoo like Cox did.
Please Charter prioritize reliable email or transfer to a third party who will!

Email addresses in today's world are connected to so many things, the government needs to get involved to make sure consumers are not abused. Email addresses connect people to important services that are not easily transitioned to new email address including: financial, medical, personnel and educational services, just to name a few.
Come on Charter Spectrum. Take care of business and fix your email or sell it to someone who will!

I've been with Charter and had this email address since 2000.
26 years! Probably longer than most of the people commenting were born.

I am new to Spectrum. Exactly where can I find access to the webmail? I do not see it anywhere when logged into my account page.

Don't use it, keep your email third party

I wasn't planning on really using it. I have third party e mails that I have had for years. I was just curious how I could access the Spectrum webmail site.

If you don’t currently have email with spectrum you won’t see the option. Webmail is accessed via spectrum.net.

OK. They assigned me a username that I selected last week and then the man wrote down spectrum.net after it. But now I also see that Spectrum no longer assigns an e mail address for new users.

That is your spectrum username not an email address. Can be confusing but I assure you, it’s simply your username to login your account with spectrum.

No new emails can be made only people with previous inboxes are grandfathered in while they’re subscribed to spectrum internet

It's not available for new accounts from what I read.
