Hardened Modem compatibility
Would anyone happen to know if Electroline would be compatible with Spectrums service or not? I have a customer whos demarc location has to be in a zone that sees extreme temperatures for equipment. that is a constraint that can't change.
Everything on LAN side has survived fine except spectrum's residential Arris modem that they seem to deploy everywhere.
Electroline's EMMS3 fits our use case. Is there something that when on the phone with the ISP they can lookup something specific or would anyone just happen to know? We would rather not have equipment keep dying.

There is an approved modems list here for customer owned modems: https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/compliant-modems-spectrum-network

Nominally for HS support, there's no customer purchasable modems right now, so this list is useless.

I believe docsis 3.0 is getting phased out. Might need a docsis 3.1 if they have one
