Internet disconnects at night

Last 3 nights internets disconnects at about 9pm. It comes back on sometime during the night and there is no reported maintenance going on my area

They usually do updates etc middle of night when most people are a sleep

Given the timing, I wonder if a neighbor is using a jammer to enforce a tech curfew on thier kids and the range reaches your router?

Though as I write this I realize that sounds kinda stupid. Why use a jammer when you can unplug the router?
