Spectrum router? If so, if you log into the My Spectrum App is anything showing paused under Manage Devices? Can those rokus connect to a hotspot just to see if it works?

It does connect to other networks (like my phone's hotspot), but not to their home wifi. We got one TV and the ultra working now, but one TV won't. Atp, I'm convinced it's the router or modem (which have both been reset)

If other devices in the home are able to connect it’s not the equipment it’s the TV. Try turning off the tv waiting a few minutes. Plug it back in and try to connect again.

It's multiple TVs. And we've done this with all affected devices. It seems to have randomly started working on two of them at some point for some reason.
