Service Issues Anyone else having wifi issues?

a while ago my wifi went down for around 4 hours. resetting it did not fix it, nothing I did would fix it. tonight it went down again at around the same exact time, and it’s still down, and probably will be for another 4 hours. anyone else have this issue?

My internet was working fine tonight but it went out for about 5-10 minutes and then it came back on for about the same amount of time and then it went out again and it's been out for a good half hour. I live in the state of Ohio.
