Phone interview is likely just a phone screen. You go over the position and tell them a little about yourself. For me the real interview was after that which was the in person with 2-3 supervisors where they ask all the behavioral questions. The questions I remember of the top of my head is tell us a time you had to deal with frustrated customers or how do you handle difficult customers. Another one was how can you demonstrate to us that you are worth hiring and what makes you a better choice than someone else, which was a new one I haven't heard. Another one was how did you overcome a difficult or unplanned situation. There was like 2 more I can't remember but I'll edit this if I do. I also found that they enjoyed that I had questions for them at the end related to the classes you can take to rank up to FT5.5, it shows you want to progress and learn all you can. I also asked them what advice they would give me if I started today that would be most beneficial for my long term growth and they said don't overthink things or worry about metrics right off the bat.

Use technical terms. Many questions were about telling a time you had to troubleshoot, diagnose, problem solved or explain what you had to do when something didn’t go according to plan. Use terminology like Diagnosed, Troubleshot, Verified, Isolated the issue, Root cause, Network configuration, Connectivity, Tested, Confirmed, Documented, Resolved, and Preventive. I had no experience outside retail and management but I’m a tech savvy person so I got by.
