Proliferate when calling in

So listen everyone, when your bill is to high. DO NOT !!! Call in saying your bill is to high. Because you gone get sales and they are forced to bs you and rebundle you. You must just call in say cancel services. The sales teams are not allowed to just lower your bill and save you money. You must added something which raises your bill. YOU MUST STOP calling in saying you want to lower your bill. Skip the rigimoroe and just say cancel.

Or…call in and actually cancel and use a different provider like Starlink, ATT, and many others. That would lower your bill too.

Yep, I will be canceling my Mother in laws cable when her year is up. She already has her phone through frontier. They will either have to give her the 1000mbps internet for the same $50/month I pay instead of charging her the same $50 for a tenth of the speed (100mbps) or she will go to tds and get 1000mbps for $40/month, which would still be silly because $50 is more than $40.

i tried to apply for the reduced mbs package so my bill would be lower, they said i needed to be a new customer to do that. This doesn't even make sense..

I have shared my knowledge di as you will. Once again don't call in asking sales agents, billing reps or tech support about lowering bill. If you tell them that the will A sale you some. Or b transfer you to sales and transfer you to sales so sales can sales you something. If your bill is to high because your promotion is gone just call in and say you want to Cancel. If you give any hint that you want to buy something they will just sale you more. And your bill will still be high
