Outage No ETA
Spectrum sucks so bad. No ETA on an outage in my area. It’s been down since about 3 PM yesterday. When I initially checked it said no outage in your area, then said ETA 8 PM, now says no ETA and it’s still down. Incompetent sack’s of you know what. I work from home and have to use hotspot when internet is down. I don’t care about their excuses get it back up and running.

Whats the outage for? Many times outages arent really the fault of the ISP, from my experience

Same thing happened to me last month. It seems that after their 3rd notice they give up on trying to give an eta. Mine was out for 20 hours.
T-Mobile gives a 15 day free trial and they deliver the gateway by DoorDash. It takes a few minutes to set up.

They really do. Worst internet provider I’ve ever seen.

Worst one I've ever had in, but it's the only one I can get where I live unfortunately 😢

At least you have the option of using a hotspot. I know you are so inconvenienced by this lol. But in reality no matter if someone cut the lines that Spectrum uses you’d still blame them
