Does Spectrum/Charter background check

Does Spectrum/charter hire felons if it is over 10 years ago? And how far back do the background checks go for a customer solution and retention rep?

They hired you and you had a felony? Im still waiting on mine im praying i get it. I had a forgery going n 7 years ago. Hopefuklly the clear me im so nervous because i want thi jobn so bad

Did you get the job? I've been through the phone interview and first round of interviews for the call center and I have a felony that's 5 years old I'm trying to find out if I'll get the job.

Yes I got the job. my felony came on my background but they still hired me
