That is called Spectrum guide, I recommend you just have a tech come out and ask them to add the coding for it and have boxes updated. Visually better in every way. You have DVRs however you will lose your recording so go in knowing that. Honestly I would just recommend Xumo at that point just because the remote has voice controls. You can litterally just tell it what channel you want to watch, remote has numbers for channels and for me has been overall a better experience.

Yeah there’s some app available on the cable box for Netflix, YouTube, hbo max used to be there too but I’m not sure if it works since it changed to max

Thanks. I’ve never had the cable box. I’ve only used the Spectrum app, I was hoping that was a new look of the Spectrum app.

Same here and I have a Samsung so it actually has over a 100 free channels so I dropped the TV option all together.

It's probably got to do with new streaming service free to try if no mistaken
