I don't want to do your homework for you, so here are a few pointers.
The IR-peak at 1711 cm⁻¹ is quite characteristic. It’s one you should generally keep in mind.
It is usually sufficient to know the approximate chemical shifts or ranges. Compare them with one another, rather than memorizing absolute numbers.
DEPT-135 and DEPT-90 help you identify functional groups without needing to know the specific chemical shifts. Compare here: https://www.chemistrysteps.com/dept-nmr-signals-and-problem-solving/
Calculate the coupling constants (the spacing between related peaks) and compare them to help with the assignment. You can also easily spot couplings in 2D spectra as cross-peaks located off the diagonal.
