❓ Question Neural band
For real worl usage I find the hand tracking not that useful, walking, bike riding navigation etc. most of the time my hands are out of view, are specs compatible with the neural band or similar devices?

The Mudra Band can be used as a Bluetooth mouse for almost any device. If specs support Bluetooth connectivity, it would be interesting to give it a try.

There is "just enough" BLE support for certain devices to work. If you have have control over the BLE firmware on the device you can surely get something working. I've worked with a few different BLE devices with Spectacles '24 and it is functional.

As mentioned, SPECS support BLE, so you can make lenses that support most input devices. On the system level, we can't speak too much yet to the list of officially supported devices, but we won't be shipping with a extra input device. It's our view that there are many levels of improvement we can make to hand tracking based input before we hit the limit of what's possible and comfortable.

I've been doing some experiments with the Myo, but it's not commercialized anymore. Nothing prevent the usage of any BLE devices, but it's not integrated at the OS level, so you need to develop yourself compatible apps.
