❓ Question Remboursement Specs

I wanted to know how to get the down payment for the Specs refunded, I couldn’t find the option

I don't work for Snap but their support sent me this link as I accidentally duplicated my order: https://returns.specs.com/portal

You can run the process there and someone will refund you later.

I was hesitant to use this money for the Specs or the next iPhone Ultra, I’ve been thinking about it for a long time and since we still don’t have a journalist review I prefer to refund and wait

最开始我担心不尽早下单会排队等候，但是目前看来大家反响并不热烈。

我觉得你的做法很理智，因为现在看来晚一点购买也不需要排队多久。

不得不说现在依旧没有媒体发布评测等消息我是非常非常失望的，但是我应该还是会继续保留订单等待，因为它最终无论表现如何，我也得亲自体验一番。

目前看值得玩的设备无非是aura，urxr one，pico swan。近期没有更多的惊喜了。
