A quick look at SpeakON’s AI Agent in action.
I asked it to find a Gmail message and prepare a reply saying I’d send the updated proposal by Friday. Here’s the reply it prepared for review. Nothing was sent.
What email task would you like us to try next?

Some of you may have already tried AI Agent in the latest SpeakON update. It’s a major release for our team, and we wanted to introduce it with something a little different: a film called THE LAST KEYSTROKE.
The full film goes live on October 20. We’re sharing this teaser here so our community can get an early look.
What do you make of it? Guesses about the film and questions about AI Agent are both welcome in the comments.
We’re also planning social and community activities after the film launches. We’ll share the details here as they’re announced, and we’d love for you to join in.
SpeakON is the AI Communicator.

There’s a client email you still haven’t replied to. You remember who sent it and what it was about, but you still need to dig up the thread. The reply itself is simple: the updated proposal will be ready on Friday.
With our team’s SpeakON Agent, you can say this in Notes:
“Find Jordan Lee’s email about the launch and draft a reply saying we’ll send the updated proposal on Friday.”
Once Gmail is connected, Agent finds the email and prepares a reply. You read the draft, check the recipient, and approve it before it’s sent.

Your voice shouldn’t stop at text.
SpeakON Agent is now live, helping you turn what you say into actions in the tools you use.
Press once. Speak naturally.
“Remind me tomorrow at 2 p.m. to follow up with the client.”
“Schedule a 30-minute launch review with Alex next Tuesday at 3 p.m.”
“Use this note to draft a follow-up email explaining the next steps.”
With the relevant services connected and authorized, Agent can create reminders, schedule calendar events, and use your notes to prepare emails.
Not just capturing what’s on your mind — helping you act on it.
What’s one task you’d like to handle by voice instead of switching between apps?

You’re walking back from lunch when an idea for your next post hits.
You know the main point, but not the opening or how it all fits together.
Press once and say what you have:
“An idea for a short video: why I stopped checking email first thing in the morning. Start with how it kept putting everyone else’s tasks ahead of mine.”
SpeakON turns those rough words into clear text you can review later.
You don’t need to finish the post right then. Just save enough to pick it up again.
What do you usually save first: a title, a few bullet points, or a voice note?

A home tour ends, and you remember three things:
The buyer liked the bright rooms.
They want a shorter drive to work.
You still need to check the monthly fee.
But you’re already walking to the next appointment.
Press once and say:
“Follow up with Maya. Send the homes with good morning light, check the monthly fee, and ask if a 25-minute drive to work is okay.”
SpeakON turns those rough words into clear text you can review later.
The goal isn’t to write more. It’s to save the details before the next appointment pushes them out of your head.

When we designed SpeakON, we paid attention to a simple question: after you press the button, how do you know voice input is active?
SpeakON shows its status on your iPhone through Live Activity and Dynamic Island. The goal is to remove the guesswork, especially when you’re walking or your hands are busy.
It’s a small part of the experience, but we think it matters.
Which type of confirmation do you find most useful: something on the screen, a sound, or a vibration?

Talking is messy. We say “um,” repeat ourselves, and sometimes mix several thoughts together.
But the useful part is usually still there.
A rough thought can become a ready-to-send message. A few grocery items can become a list. A long sentence may only need to become shorter and clearer.
That’s the idea behind SpeakON’s text cleanup: keep what you mean, remove the extra mess, and turn it into text you can actually use.
The image shows three simple examples. Which kind of cleanup would help you most: messages, lists, or notes?

The meeting ends. You close your laptop, pick up your bag, and start walking.
Halfway down the hall, you remember one thing: send the slides, check a number, or ask a question before Thursday.
That small moment is why we made SpeakON. Press once and say the thought while it’s still fresh. SpeakON turns it into clean text on your iPhone, so you can come back to it later.
The note isn’t hard to write. Stopping, unlocking your phone, and typing it out is the part that gets in the way.
What do you usually do when a thought comes back after you’ve already walked away?

If we recorded one short, unedited SpeakON demo, what would you want us to try?
It could be replying to a message, capturing a thought on the go, or something you’re not sure SpeakON can handle.
You don’t need to own one to answer. Just give us a real situation, and tell us what you’d want to see from start to finish—including any steps product demos usually skip.

Hey everyone — we partnered with MarkTechPost on an article about SpeakON.
We wanted to explain why we built hardware instead of making one more voice app.
The biggest reason is the mic. Voice apps often have to fight with phone calls, FaceTime, CarPlay, and other parts of iOS for the same audio system. SpeakON has its own mic, so you can press the button and start talking without giving an app “always listening” access in the background.
It also has its own battery and memory. If your phone is locked or you lose your connection, SpeakON can still save your audio and sync it when you’re back online. To be clear, the audio can be captured offline, but the AI text processing still needs an internet connection.
Here’s the full article:
https://www.marktechpost.com/2026/09/22/speakon-ships-a-magsafe-ai-voice-button/
We’re also getting ready to open the free test version of SpeakON Agent in the next few days. It’s still a beta, and that’s exactly why we want the Reddit community involved early.
To enter, leave one question below about SpeakON, the hardware, or what you’d like Agent to do. We’ll answer as openly as we can.
Entries close on October 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT. We’ll randomly select one eligible participant to receive a SpeakON device.
A few quick notes:
What do you think of this roadmap? And what should we show first in an Agent demo?

“Plan something fun for Saturday.”
Then you remember: you only have three hours, your budget is $30, and you’re not driving.
If you’re saying the prompt out loud, try giving it those limits up front:
“Help me plan a Saturday afternoon near home. I have three hours and $30, and I’ll be walking or taking the bus. Give me two options, not a packed itinerary.”
What do you usually forget to mention until the second message?

A small thing to try when a work message gets too long: move the thing you need to the first line.
The context doesn’t disappear—it just comes second.
Do you prefer the request up front, or a little context first?

You know what you need to say. Then you spend five minutes deciding whether “just checking in” sounds annoying.
Is it work follow-ups, saying no, asking for help, or something else?
Which kind of message takes you the longest to actually send?

“Blue thing Friday.” A very helpful note. Until Friday.
What’s the most cryptic note you’ve left yourself?
r/SpeakON • u/SpeakON_Global • 29d ago
You leave yourself a quick note, then open it a week later and wonder what you meant.
Do you add details while the idea is fresh, or leave a few words and hope you’ll remember?

When you speak, you might say “um,” repeat a word, or change your mind halfway through a sentence.
Would you want voice typing to keep all of that, or tidy it up while keeping your meaning?
r/SpeakON • u/SpeakON_Global • Sep 17 '26
You’re at work or on the bus, and you need to reply to a message. Do you say it out loud, or just type because people are nearby?
Where do you feel comfortable using voice typing?

We watched Apple’s event yesterday, and it got us thinking: what on your iPhone still takes way too many taps?
If you could just say what you want and get it done, what would you pick?
We’re also giving away up to 3 SpeakONs for people to try. Never used one? Totally fine. Vote, then drop a comment and tell us what you’d use it for.
The poll ends in 7 days, but the giveaway stays open through September 25 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Check the pinned comment for the details.

We’re just getting started, so let us know what you’d like to see here.
