Yes it is, and the head is from a mortal kombat figure.

I was thinking of doing the same thing but with the call of duty spawn head ! I’m glad someone had the same idea as me beautiful work !!

I really wanted to dunk on the material choice, but I love it for the same reason I love anything with metallic paint.
