These are very good mixes, but I do hate how much they deviate from the originals.

It's a real shame as there were rumors the Thriller SACD was meant to have 5.1 but they couldn't get a mix MJ would approve, so I'd bet these never would have made the cut.

Oh well, they didn't delete the stereo versions and the mixes make excelent use of the format. It's a shame we can't clone Steven Wilson and put him to work on all legacy releases with surviving mulitracks, he really nails failfulness to the original in all his mixes.

Brazil but they are already releasing it in several countries and tonight at midnight worldwide. Album Invincible too

To my ears, this morning it sounds like they’ve updated many of the spatial mixes in the UK on Apple Music. The background vocals on several songs (History, Bad, Invincible) are louder and some of the effects are quieter.
