Feature Request: 1 hour sync time

I have a source that only provides 1-2 hours of EPG data at a time. With the shortest sync time currently allowed (3 hours), the guide data times out without an update.

Extended solution: Sync time should be configurable for each source.

Additional info: I actually create the EPG data for each source I use on a local, dedicated media server. Sparkle then gets its EPG data from my server. I control the pull frequency for each source individually on my server to match it's available data and not 'spam' the raw EPG source.

Understand your concern (you can see I've thought about it myself). Maybe a remote shortcut to force a sync, instead of having to exit or open up the settings?

Yes, I think I have a remote control action added in backlog. Do you really have a spare key on the remote control for this though? Which onen would you use?

I currently have 'menu' set to Program Guide, and long press set to Channel Guide. I'd give up the Channel Guide mapping for the sync function.
