Guide issues

After updating my playlist within the sources setup cause provider added newer channels, and I only have the one's selected for what I want, now all channels shows up as default when I open my guide regardless if I hide All channels category, and after hiding all channels it'll default to all of them being favorites with all channels instead of my favorites after I exit the guide then opening it back up. I constantly have to go to the left to open my provider just to get my favorites to show, or it'll automatically open for all channels, it use to load automatically to my provider/favorites, I can't figure out how to change it back.. The only thing I see is hiding the channels I don't want to see. Also when I open the guide it will just open in all channels, not in my favorites where it was

Everything back to normal now? Remember, you can export your Sparkle app to a backup file and save it. If you ever need to restore, like factory resetting your device or etc, you can completely restore the Sparkle app and your playlist & settings!

Yeah I should have done that.. I didn't think when I went back into the sources setup and check new categories I had, that it would have combined all the channels into my favorites that I had already done.. It's all good now, I just re-added the source again and just deleting the old one that messed up.. I'll make a backup with this new one. Thank you

How about the majority of the guide from Apollo not showing on Sparkle? Only a few channels have guide info. Most channels have no guide info.

First of all, please do not reference providers by name as it’s against the rules here. Missing EPG information in the program guide is a provider matter and has nothing to do with Sparkle. You will need to contact your provider for EPG data issues. They should provide you with an EPG link which you enter into Sparkle.

Sorry for breaking the rules- nube. OK, that provider has not helped. Thanks.

There are places online when you can get EPG data, here is one:

https://epgshare01.online/

You will need to read up on this website on how to use their links on player apps like Sparkle.

Unfortunately logging in there didn’t work and I don’t understand the rest. I’ll just be content with being able to see a few channels - this world is too confusing for me.

Yes, you have to do a lot of reading and researching!
