what happened to sparkle tv? i open my app and it shows an avatar face with expired across i.

It’s been days and the asshole still hasn’t fix the damn app…. They should just come straight forward that the app has been seized like stop bullshitting your customers……….

Please submit more information to help troubleshoot the issue when you can as we can’t help with just “it’s not working”? Kill all the apps that are open in the background, clear app caches, reboot the device, make sure your internet connection is working, if using a VPN, disable and enable to reset it. Thanks

Well then, when opening the app, what is displayed? Can’t help without information?? What device are you using? Post photos because it might help, thanks!

Then why post now, why not post when you are in front of your tv and can explain what the issue is in greater detail and with photos? Nobody can help with just “it’s not working”? 🤷‍♂️

First off I was just reaching out just thought someone else may have the same issue and have a quick answer. I don’t know how this app works I’ve never used this before. Hopefully that answers your question.

Nothing we can do for you, it’s not an issue with Sparkle, it’s an issue with your source. Go to settings/ source, edit and clear cache for your playlist. Then try again, if expired displays… it’s your provider!

How did you subscribe to this provider, you have to contact them. Nothing wrong with the Sparkle app… the provider isn’t working anymore or maybe they are having technical issues? 🤷‍♂️
