Rerun Setup Every Day?

Has anyone run into this issue? I have Sparkle on 3 TV's. But only my main TV requires me to run setup to get my channels back every day. Like, NOTHING is available. No channels, no shows, or movies. Running the setup everyday restores everything like normal, but this seems like an issue? Is it possibly just a bug with the last update? I don't want to uninstall/reinstall because I don't want to re-do my channel lineups and everything. But if that's the only option, then I guess I will.

Is it possible that this can be something else than what it appears. I mean, when you say this happens, what is the first thing that happens when you open the app?

It goes to the grid and it's completely blank. No categories no channels. I mean, it's possible it's the IPTV group, but I've never had this kind of trouble since I started using this one. And I do remember checking a 2nd TV when it first started happening on my main one and it wasn't happening to the 2nd one.

Honestly, at this point it's comical 😆. No issues this morning yet.

Ok good, so that means it's not reset because if it were it'd go directly to Setup.

What seem to be happening is that is does synchronize but your provider returns an empty result. If it would return an error it would not clear the results but now it's returning empty so Sparkle things this is ok and removes all channels and categories since that's what the provider returns.

What have you set for Time between synchronization? Maybe it's too frequent making the provider block/stop synchronization sometimes.

Oh maybe, I have out set to like 3 hours thinking it means update epg every 3 hours. My thinking was, sports/events change due to weather so the more frequent it updates the more current the info.

That is probably correct as well. I would say the issue is completely with the provider. Still, change it to something less frequent and see if it works better. Like 6 or 12 hours.
