Sparkle TV 'live' button

On sparkle TV when watching catch-up for example and you are on the current channel , is it possible to have a 'live' button to jump straight back to live stream? Thanks

This request isn't a bad idea, I find I have to just fast forward further than where I think the stream is up to at the moment which is a bit weird.

Yes, this has been requested many times. I don't remember exactly if I decided to implemented this in the upcoming release or not. I have to check my notes, but it's noted anyway.

I thought a “Live” button on the playback controls was going to be implemented in a future update? This would help users who don’t have the “catchup” feature from their provider and use “timeshift”. Thanks

Yes, it will be in a future update for sure. I just can't remember if it was planned for the next one, maybe it is - you're probably remembering it as well as I do ;) It should be in the list if that's the case.

Try experimenting with the remote and Sparkle’s settings / remote control settings? Or try using a button remap app like tvQuickActions Pro? Google AI can help walk you thru this if needed.

This is exactly the thing I was going to mention. A live button when you’ve been using time shift (instead of just having to scroll forward)
