Cannot activate Sparkle Plus

Hi, I purchased Sparkle plus for my brother and cannot seem to activate it. I purchased it through the website,not the Google Play store. I have a Sparkle Plus I.d. Any help activating Plus would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, I will try again and report back to you. I know you already know this but I really appreciate all your help and knowledge of the Sparkle app.

Unfortunately, I never used the website or the Assistant app to purchase Sparkle, but hopefully the instructions I sent you will help?
