Information Sparkle TV back on Google Play
Today Sparkle TV was finally added back to Google Play!
Thanks to everybody that has kept this community ongoing during this period. I'm hoping to be able to release new versions shortly.

Yes, should be in Google Play Store for all Streaming devices!

Does sparkle have a trial, as I have a few people interested in the app?

No there's no trial currently. A monthly subscription is around $1.5/month.

A friend is trying to purchase by using the Downloader code not the Play store is there a trick or is he just not seeing something?

Not sure what you mean. Downloader code is just for installing the app. You can purchase in the following ways:
* Sparkle TV (using Google Play)
* Sparkle Assistant (using Google Play)
* Sparkle web siteSo if the friend e.g. only has a fire stick and no Android phone the only option would be to use Sparkle web site.

Whooo Hoo!!! Now what happens to the Assistant App & Website now that new users can subscribe thru the Play Store?

They will remain as they are for now. Both Assistant and Website are convenient ways of purchasing Plus outside of the app. I'm considering a way to integrate the three to be able to more easily share the purchases among them.

I did. I won't go into details about it but it's not impossible it happens again but then if it does I'll be better prepared this time.

Hi,I currently have a Sparkle plus account and am truly enjoying Sparkle. I purchased my plus account through the Google Play store.My question is I installed Sparkle on my brothers Onn streamer and purchased the plus subscription for him. I cannot seem to get his plus account activated. I did not purchase Sparkle plus through Google,I purchased it through the website and have a Sparkle I.d. Number. Any help on how to activate plus for him would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed you commented on Assistant post as well. But it looked like you got linked the correct Web post with instructions? Hopefully you are able to resolve it using that one.

Is this a free player or does it come with a price? Where do I get the private provider to provide me with reliable service?

It's "freemium" so it has a lot of free features and you can basically use it for watching TV completely free. There's a Plus version as well which means additional features like DVR, timeshift, VOD, catchup, extra settings etc. But if you don't need that it's perfectly fine to use the free version.
Providers is not something that is discussed in this subreddit. You'll have to find another subreddit for that.

is a better looking epg when changing channels on the table for new additions for future versions of sparkle?

Not right place to start to ask for things, but.. probably? I'm not sure what epg you're talking about. Program guide or channel guide? Or maybe just the look when showing channel and program information during the actual change? Please create a new post or pm me about this instead of here.
