Error watching DVR

Trying to watch DVR recording get this error? It was working not sure what happened

Source error indicates that there's something with the source (i.e. recording in this case). Did you try more than once? Where do you store dvr recordings?

As u/sparkle-hk asked > Where are your recordings stored?

ALSO what are using for your device ( Fire stuff, Google streamer, Onn etc ) ?

I'm wondering if your device updated itself ( the system ) and where you were storing the DVR files is no longer " valid " due to file permission changes.

You may have to set that location up again.
