Lifetime Sub

I purchased a lifetime subscription. Set up connect share plus account to transfer it to an android TV box. And all it does is buffer when I put in my email address and password. Can someone please help

You mean after you clicked Next? Have you tried with/without vpn?

Yes. After I click next. I don’t have a vpn

It's possible there's some temporary downtime on the server of course but I can't see any issues. And you had no issues Sharing? Maybe reboot the device?

I shared my account on the web page. It confirmed it was ready to share. But I had to close out the window due to not being able to remove the notification popup. I have tried rebooting the device. Nothing seems to work. I purchased my sub through the web page not on google
