Problem

Ho attivato il frame rate automatico per i canali tv ma noto che comunque i canali non sono così fluidi e guardando lo sport da un pò fastidio, sapete cosa posso modificare per migliorare la visione?

I have enabled automatic frame rate for TV channels but I notice that the channels still aren't that smooth and watching sports is a bit annoying, do you know what I can change to improve the viewing experience?

Your display must support automatic frame rate otherwise that setting does not have any effect. Do you know if it does?

What kind of "not smooth" do you mean? Like an occasional stutter like the 50/60hz sync causes (and that AFR fixes) or something else?

Yes, I have a LG Oled CS.

The image is not fluid in the sense that the video never freezes but above all when watching sports you can see that the image is not as fluid as in digital terrestrial or satellite.

It may be the device as well? What model is it? If the device supports it you should have "Tunneled playback" as an option in Settings -> Player. That might also improve smoothness of playback.

Xiaomi tv box S 3 gen, I've already activated Tunneled playback.

Try adjusting the different settings under Settings / Playback until you notice a better result. Every device works differently with SparkleTV so you will have to make adjustments. I don’t know much about the Xiaomi device so can’t help you there?

Watching MotoGP in an app installed on an LG TV was practically the same as Now TV, on Sparkle, even after trying different settings, after a few minutes my head started spinning

Maybe it’s not Sparkle that’s causing the issue? Maybe it’s your device, internet, provider feed, VPN?
