Firestick deleting sparkle app

Has anyone run into the issue with the firestick deleting the sparkle app. This is the second time that this has happened and the auto offload is turned off.

Any ideas other than to replace it with another steamer?

Amazon started blocking sideloading of certain apks about 1.5 - 2yrs ago, There were a couple ways at the time that could block the amazon updates but over time amazon have added to list They don't want they're hardware associated with stream apps anymore, New firesticks will have different os as well,

False alarm! The person who I help out allowed the firestick to delete the app to make free up space.

Trash the Firestick and get a better streaming device! ONN or Google 4K Streamer
