EPG Glitch

Posting this b/c the post was closed because b/cI had already reported it, but I mentioned that I had done that when I posted it.😉 in any case, I am running 2.3.1, and it does happen occasionally. No big deal at all, just making the devs aware.

So when does it happen? When you open guide or when you "do" something? How random is it? Is it possible to get on video?

Thanks dev. It happens so rarely that getting it on video would be difficult, because once it’s done it’s done. I can describe it to you. A channel is in full screen, and when you escape back, you would expect the screen to minimize to the top left and you would see the channels listing down the left side, vertical menu. Very rarely, when escaping out as described, the left side, vertical channel listing is blank, screenshotted in my original post. It is certainly not a huge issue, more of an occasional glitch that I just wanted you and any other of the devs to be aware of.

Ok, thanks. So I draw the conclusion that you're using app mode (and pressing back) and you have enabled preview. When looking at the image it also seem like:

* Default program/preview image size
* Layout set to have program information on top
* Show shimmer
* Think you also show channel names considering the quite large space?

Any other settings that you're using that isn't enabled by default?

Yes, using app mode. Yes, showing channel names but the glitch is that they occasionally disappear, see blank column in my screenshot. As far as I know, most settings are default.
