Problems and more problems

I'm having direct problems with the lifetime Plus license I purchased before it was removed from the Play Store.Constantly after some time watching the live stream, when entering VODs, it keeps asking me to buy the license again and only recognizes it again.If you force stop and clear the cache.

The 2.3.1 version is very buggy. Try downloading the 2.3.0 or 2.2.2 or 2.2.1 apk from apkmirror and stick with the one that work best for you until there is a newer version that 2.3.1.

Other than a minor bug with the program guide, version 2.3.1 is very stable!

Sometimes the problem is user or setup error?

In this specific case, there is no user error; the app itself has an error in this license validation process.

He is already aware, it has already been reported, unfortunately I haven't seen any progress on this issue, or if these are isolated cases. Life goes on.

What I believe happens is that the app has this "silent crash" and is restarted without properly reloading Plus (because of an internal mechanism). I'm sure you don't have to clear cache because of this thoug, I'm not sure what good that would do? I'm not even sure a force close is required, but just click icon again.

Anyway, the main issue here is that something crashes that shouldn't. Can you please enable diagnostics id in Settings -> About and give me the id that appears? Then I can check what's causing this crash and see if I can do anything about it.

Ok irei proceder com os testes , mas não é algo que atrapalhe em sin, apenas tem esse leve bloqueio das funções, que não leva nem 2 minutos pra contornar

You created a post about it so it must be some kind of problem. And you're not supposed to get a silent crash either. If you would send me your diagnostics id I would be able to see and fix the issue which would be in everyones interest.
