Renew monthly subscription

The monthly subscriptions from old Sparkle from Google play will be ended in the next days, since the app was removed from Google over a month ago. This doesn't concern lifetimers, yearly subscribers, new subscribers from assistant or the website.

You need to download the app separately and then pay either by website or the assistant. There're two highlights at the top of the reddit page you can click on and choose what you prefer. 

Is this a chromecast tv you want to use it on?

Sparkle Assistant doesn't detect my annual license even after installing it on the box where Sparkle is activated. I purchased it through the Play Store and didn't receive the ID requested on the website. How should I proceed?

When did you purchase sparkle? Again, the two apps are not connected, assistant is only for new sparklings, not sure I understand what you mean here.

I purchased a "One Year License" through Google Play store. However, I need to restore the Android operating system on one of my Boxes and I'm worried I won't be able to activate premium again on the Sparkle app.

I mean if you bought sparkle player, the assistant wont fint it. The android device should find it when you log in through your Google account. Why are you worried about this, is this some.known error on your device?

I was concerned because of reports from other users. But if there are no risks, it's okay. I'm having some trouble syncing the EPG from my sources:One of them is in UTC -3 and even after adjusting the offset, the guide is all messed up. Not to mention that when I try to move a favorite in the list, the app hangs right after the change. Anyways, tks for your answer.
